Senior Lead Analyst Knowledge Services

• Experience owning production analytics platforms — incident, change, access, capacity and cost governance.
• Experience enabling and governing AI-assisted / natural-language analytics.
• Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews), setting standards
  and providing technical leadership.
• Ability to manage access provisioning, security changes, SPICE capacity and refresh failures, platform incidents
  and user queries within agreed service levels.
• Understanding of incident, service-request, problem, and change-management processes for BI platform
  operations.
• Strong knowledge of platform governance — access controls, security policies, usage and capacity monitoring,
  cost governance and audit readiness.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, or similar delivery and support-management tools.
• Key technical skills:
  o Amazon Quick Sight administration — SPICE, row-/column-level security, SSO and namespaces.
  o Amazon Bedrock / Quick Sight Q for AI-assisted and natural-language analytics.
  o CI/CD and release governance.
  o Monitoring, alerting and incident management for production BI environments.

Education: Graduate
