Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS – Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS Technical Lead to lead the technical development, integrations, and support of store inventory systems. The role will work closely with business, functional, and support teams to ensure smooth store inventory operations across retail environments.

• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises
• Experience working in 24x7 support models

Education: Bachelor of Engineering,BSc,BTech
