Assistant Manager

• Own end-to-end process delivery, SLA governance, and drive efficiency + transformation initiatives.
• Manage overall COMAG operations (intake → allocation → billing trigger)
• Monitor daily volume, cycle time, backlog, and SLA adherence
• Drive team performance (productivity, quality, utilization)
• Interface with publishers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders for escalations
• Lead process standardization to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (schedule intake, PO master, PAN)
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, and governance reporting
• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
• ~7-10 years experience, ideally in a Media or related Industry
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain / distribution lifecycle
• Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
• Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
• Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills
• Strong team management & delivery leadership
• Experience in SLA / KPI governance
• Exposure to digital transformation / automation initiatives preferred

Education: Graduate

Preferred skills: S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
