Data Governance & Informatica MDM R360

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Data Governance & Informatica MDM R360 Architect to lead strategic Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica MDM R360, Data Governance frameworks, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, Customer 360, Product 360, and enterprise-wide master data architecture. This role will drive governance standards, improve data quality, establish trusted master data, and enable data-driven business decisions across the organization.

Lead enterprise-wide Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM R360 solutions.
Define and establish data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and stewardship processes.
Architect and maintain master data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Vendor, Location, and Reference Data.
Develop and manage data quality, standardization, matching, merging, survivorship, and golden-record strategies.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance controls.
Drive Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, and Data Stewardship initiatives.
Establish governance KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and compliance controls.
Provide architectural guidance for integration between MDM, Data Warehousing, ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Analytics platforms.
Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of enterprise data-quality issues.
Mentor global teams and provide thought leadership on MDM and Data Governance best practices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data-security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

15+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
Strong expertise in Informatica MDM R360 (Reference 360).
Extensive experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, Product 360, and Reference Data Management.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale MDM architectures and governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Data Ownership, and Governance Operating Models.
Experience with Golden Record creation, Match-Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Hierarchy Management.
Expertise in Data Governance tools, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage concepts.
Experience working with large-scale ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and Analytics ecosystems.
Strong stakeholder-management and executive communication skills.
Experience leading geographically distributed delivery and architecture teams.
