SAS Developer

We are seeking a skilled SAS Developer with strong programming and data analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAS programs, performing data analysis, and supporting business decision-making through insights derived from data.

Develop and maintain SAS programs (Base SAS, Macros, PROC SQL) for data processing and reporting
Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation (ETL) using SAS
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and data outputs as per client requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams to understand data needs
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
Optimize SAS code for performance and efficiency
Support client deliverables, production support, and issue resolution

Strong hands-on experience in:

Base SAS
SAS Macros
PROC SQL
Data step programming

Experience in data manipulation and analysis
Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata)
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
Computer Science

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
