Gen AI Lead Consultant

• Ability to identify AI, Generative AI opportunities and use cases in discussions with the account teams – as part of the hackathons, workshops, brainstorming sessions etc.

• Ability to conduct AI/ Generative AI sessions/ demos for the account teams to enable/ help them identify AI/ Generative AI use cases.

• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in the field of AI and Generative AI to guide account teams in adopting AI-driven solutions.

• Understand Infosys AI/ Generative AI solutions as well as solutions available in the market, to help in mapping the tools/ platforms for the opportunities identified.

• Help the account teams in the AI / Generative maturity assessment and facilitate in improvement of the AI maturity level.

• Help the account teams in conducting Generative AI survey to help seeking client’s readiness to adopt Generative AI technology.

• Opportunity Implementation

• Have very good understanding of AI and Generative AI solutions, leveraging/ building AI/ Generative AI models and application of the opportunities identified.

• Ability to conduct POCs and guide implementation teams on data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI / Generative AI tools and machine learning models for tasks.

• Working across account teams to develop and architect Generative AI solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI.

• Ability to work with implementation teams to build and train working versions of those models (using Python/ Py Torch and other open-source technologies).

• Support implementation teams in the design, build and deploy AI/ Generative AI solutions for the opportunities identified.

• Develop and deliver best practices around program delivery, project approaches, and business measurement in the AI/ Generative AI opportunities identified.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies and frameworks. Provide Po Vs, as appropriate.

• Working with account leadership and stakeholders to identify promote strategy on scaling up AI/ Gen AI within the account.

• Responsible AI: Should have proficient knowledge in Responsible AI and Data Privacy principles to ensure ethical data handling, transparency, and accountability in all stages of AI development. Must demonstrate a commitment to upholding privacy standards, mitigating bias, and fostering trust within data-driven initiatives.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.

• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's (B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BE/ ME) degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, RPA Consulting, designing AI/ML solutions, building and deploying models on Cloud (such as Azure, GCP, AWS) and/or On-Premise.
• 5+ years of experience in building solutions using Python, NLP, Chatbots, RPA etc.
• 6+ years of experience on project and stakeholder management
• 1+ years of experience on Generative AI, GPT, LLMs and Gen AI models
• Very good communication skills
