Source to Pay Specialist

The Source to Pay Specialist is responsible for processing invoice matching and invoice variance management activities accurately and within agreed timelines, while supporting strong stakeholder coordination and disciplined execution across invoice processing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Undergraduates are welcome to Apply

Relevant training in finance operations, invoice processing, or business operations desirable.

Willing to work Onsite

Willing to work in BGC Taguig

Experience:

3 years experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, Source to Pay, or related finance operations.

Experience working in a process-driven operational environment preferred.

Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Basic understanding of invoice matching and invoice variance management processes.

Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.

Ability to maintain clear records and follow defined workflows.

Working knowledge of ERP or finance workflow systems desirable.

Good communication and issue coordination capability.
