Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define requirements and specifications for System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures while balancing performance, efficiency, cost, and safety requirements
• Define differentiating components(power control and management IP) and** select and integrate standard IP blocks** (CPU, memory, interfaces)
• Build and maintain architectural models and virtual prototypes
• Develop and implement digital power control and** management algorithms** using state-of-the-art AI-driven design methodologies
• Collaborate with internal and external experts (e.g., application, analog, digital, mixed-signal, and software teams) as well as management

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A solid technical background based on a degree in** Electrical Engineering**,Microelectronics,Physics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SoC architecture and concept engineering,digital or mixed-signal design and verification, and embedded microcontroller systems
• Experience in digital power conversion topologies(e.g., PFC, FB, LLC),** digital signal processing**, and control theory
• Experience with digital power control algorithms and techniques
• A passion for technology and the** willingness to take initiative**
• Strong system-level thinking and analytical skills
• Openness to applying** advanced methodologies** (e.g., agentic AI) and learning about new applications
• Very good communication skills to collaborate with team members, experts, and management
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus
