Internship - Data Engineering and Analyst (Unit Process Excellence)

The intern will be involved in data analytics project and responsible to assist in developing in-house tools for internal team to detect abnormality in operation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Analytics Tool Development: Design and build analytics tools or dashboards for operational teams across backend sites.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis projects using Python or other open-source tools for data processing.
• Data Integrity Validation: Validate data integrity for POC tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions on data concepts and specific tools for end users.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Industry Best Practices: Explore and gain a deep understanding of industry best practices in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Data Management & Reporting: Learn to manage large volumes of production data and design dashboards/tools for reporting.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Preferred fields of study include Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Commitment: Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 4 months.
• Teamwork: A strong independent team player with good collaboration skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, and R is advantageous.
• Preferred intake: Jan 27 - May/ June 27
