Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies following technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
• Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect and verify completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Rework or reassemble units as required to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

Compensation Information:

$23.50/hr
