About Us

E2M Technologies BV, part of the MTS group, is a fast-growing high-tech company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with manufacturing facilities in Mijdrecht.

We design, develop and manufacture electric motion and control loading systems for applications such as vehicle simulation, entertainment rides and R&D environments. Our products are exported and serviced worldwide.

At E2M, we combine engineering excellence with an informal, dynamic and collaborative working culture.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Manager with an engineering background and take ownership of our Quality Management System and EHS programs.

This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and the Management team, while daily inspections and operational quality control are managed by the QC Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

As our Quality Manager, you will:

Serve as the technical quality expert in bridging engineer-ing, suppliers, and production.

Act as quality authority for non-conformities, deviations, and concessions related to suppliers and internal processes.

Manage and continuously improve the company’s ISO Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with standards and organisation.

Translate customer needs and quality expectations into clear technical, product, and process requirements.

Analyze quality trends and data to drive corrective or preventive actions.

Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.

Develop and maintain procedures and work instructions to standardize operations.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement and sustainability projects (Usa: Understand, Simplify, Act) to optimize company-wide processes.

Coach and challenge suppliers and internal teams on quality awareness and structured problem-solving.

Conduct internal and process audits and ensure findings, lessons learned, and improvements are effectively addressed.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Proven experience in Quality Management within an engineering or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality systems, with hands-on implementation experience

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives

Excellent problem-solving skills and structured approach to technical challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders

Experience coaching or mentoring teams and suppliers on quality best practices

Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
