Job Description: Location: Amsterdam
About the Role: Are you ready to make adirect impact** on shaping a thriving workplace? E2M is looking for an experienced** HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support, guide managers, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and business performance. You’ll manage all phases of the employee life cycle: from hiring and training to employee relations and policy administration, while leading recruitment to bring top talent into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HR General Tasks:
- Manage employee relations matters and involve HRD as needed to ensure fair resolutions.
- Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding to support employee engagement and smooth transitions.
- Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR processes and programs.
- Coordinate and administer internal training programs.
Talent Acquisition:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and select top talent with a diversity and inclusion focus.
- Conduct proactive research and utilize multiple sourcing channels—social media, networking, associations, and events—to attract active and passive candidates.
- Review résumés, screen candidates, communicate role details, present qualified talent, and manage the full recruiting process and candidate experience using Workday.
HR Administration:
- Manage core HR administrative tasks including payroll, work declarations, sickness leave processing, policy support, and maintaining accurate employee data.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience and at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition.

Business fluent in English and fluent in Dutch

Knowledge of Dutch labor law is a must.

Experience in a global matrix organization or international company preferred.
