Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts to create complete units or subassemblies following detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Utilize hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform rework or reassembly of units when required to meet quality and production standards.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant training or experience in plastics fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic proficiency with hand tools, small power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials or components as required.
Compensation Information:
$19.00/hr
