Job Description:

Join NSI’s software team to design and develop the next generation software for X-ray imaging and computed tomography (CT) of industrial parts for non-destructive testing (NDT).

What you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and support software for use in X-ray imaging and computed tomography

• Create technical documentation that describes new software functionality.

• Evaluate use of AI/ML tools for automation and imaging solutions

• Communicate new developments and findings to internal/external customers in the form of presentations, technical reports and patent applications.

• Develop and support software interfaces to a variety of hardware devices: UIs, X-ray detectors, X-ray sources, optical cameras, motion components, robots.

• Support new and maintaining engineering and planning.

How you'll have success:

• Proficient with C, C# or Python, at least 5 years

• Experience with Agile software development

• Experience with Machine Learning, tools like Py Torch, Tensor Flow

• Self-motivated and solid problem-solving abilities

• Team player - leverage existing code and teammates, and assist and contribute on other projects/tasks

• Flexible and adaptable to evolving specifications

• Customer-focused with a preference for practical solutions

Compensation Information:

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 - $104,000, based on education and experience.
