We're growing rapidly and are seeking Software Engineers at multiple levels of experience — from early career to experienced professionals — to build and maintain our Data Stream service, delivering scalable data APIs that enable customers to access and integrate their talent acquisition data.

You'll develop and maintain production-grade data APIs, working with data engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure our data products are reliable, performant, and meet customer needs in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

  • Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable REST APIs and data services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines integrate seamlessly with API services
  • Work with AWS services (e.g., Redshift, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) to deliver cloud-native solutions
  • Optimise API performance and address customer-reported issues
  • Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand integration requirements
  • Learn and adapt as our technology stack evolves Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Understanding of API-based architectures, REST, and modern software engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile methodologies)
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity
