We’re looking for a team player, with a strong can-do attitude and proficiency in infrastructure technology, engineering design, and performance monitoring to join our team as a Systems Engineer.

In this role you will work closely with our Corporate Technology Operations, Corporate Technology Engineering and Business Operations teams to drive the strategic technology roadmap and implement high-quality technology solutions.

To succeed as a Systems Engineer, it is critical you maintain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end stack that supports our PAAS application for all corporate functions.

Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure across Networks, Servers, Cloud Platforms.

Architect and support secure network environments including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC solutions.

Champion DevOps practices; including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.

Implement and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, identity federation, and access policies.

Leverage middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, Boomi, Mule Soft, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory) to design, develop, orchestrate data flows and system integrations across enterprise applications.

Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows to optimize infrastructure operations and service delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience of both network and infrastructure engineering.

Previous experience with strong understanding across multiple technical domains (cloud platforms, operating systems, web, middleware, and networking, automation, DevOps, IAM).

Strong experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

Experience: evaluating Integration systems for business and technical needs.

Hands-on-technologist with a demonstrated interest in Architecture and engineering modern SaaS platforms and services.

Familiarity with AI/ML tools used in infrastructure automation.

Team player, with a strong can-do attitude and a self-starter who can drive initiatives.

Knowledge of how to operate in a multi-cloud, multi-SaaS setup.

Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS experience.

Experience: working with chatbots and virtual assistant.

Working knowledge of: Servers (Windows and Linux running on AWS, VMware, Azure) is required Working knowledge of networking protocols, standards and hardware, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, and Load Balancers is required Advance IAM knowledge (Okta, Auth0, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID)

Experience: with Syslog and Audit Collectors

Experience: with integration platforms such as Workato, Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.

Experience: with Monitoring technologies: Nagios, Tivoli, SCOM, Logic Monitor, etc.

Scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, JavaScript Build automation technologies: Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible Preferred BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
