Responsibilities A typical day at Apli will include: Participating in the design and development stages of chatbots from concept to final delivery Creating user flows and process flows WITHOUT CODE to achieve effective and friendly chatbot interactions Discussing designs and key process outcomes with peers, leaders, and clients Conducting user experience research and evaluating feedback to improve the chatbot Learning trends and technologies in chatbot building, natural language understanding, and automation Qualifications 🚀This opportunity is for you if: Your English level is B1 or higher, able to hold a writen conversation.

You have at least 3 months of professional or academic experience using low-code/no-code tools.

You're currently studying or have a degree in communication, marketing, systems, engineering, physics, or mathematics (not mandatory) You have high analytical and abstraction capacity You have self-management skills and are autonomous in learning You have creative problem-solving abilities You're oriented towards continuous innovation You're organized and motivated Your spelling in Spanish is excellent (we will test you📝) ⛔ You will NOT be a good fit if you: Expect close supervision of your activities Get easily stressed Need constant recognition to maintain motivation Lose interest quickly if you don’t achieve your goal Preferred 🙌 You will be ideal for this role if you: Are interested in developing with low code Have experience in internet companies, consultancies, or agencies Are bothered by spelling mistakes and feel the need to correct them Can prioritize and shift focus quickly Immediately Google something you don’t know when you hear about it Know how to listen and give effective advice Can’t rest until you finish a TV series Are passionate about many unrelated topics EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
