Your role and responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for a new core banking system
  • Develop and run test cases and test scripts
  • Conduct API testing (via Postman) and backend validation
  • Log, track, and support defect resolution
  • Assist with test automation (if applicable)
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and report issues effectively

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing process

  • Experience in large-scale system testing is a plus

  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)

  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

  • Knowledge of testing methodologies; test automation experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and self-management skills in a remote work environment

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • ISTQB certification

  • Experience or interest in Gen AI testing applications

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps environments
