Your role and responsibilities

We're hiring a seasoned Senior Java AI Engineer to design, build, and scale Agentic AI solutions integrated into enterprise-grade Java services. You'll lead the architecture and development of LLM-powered agents using Lang Chain and Lang Graph, implement and deliver reliable, secure AI capabilities in production. Strong command of Java is required, with practical Python skills for AI orchestration and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based SaaS applications with Spring Boot, microservices, and REST/gRPC APIs
• Optimize JVM performance and memory management (GC tuning, heap/metaspace sizing, leak detection).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into SaaS products securely and efficiently.
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems using frameworks like Lang Chain/ Lang Graph for autonomous workflows and tool orchestration.
• Ensure cloud-native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• 10-12 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java (Java 11/17+), Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Hands-on Agentic AI development using Lang Chain and Lang Graph (2+ years), including tool orchestration, planning, memory, and guardrails.
• Strong Python skills for LLM integration, data/embedding pipelines, and orchestration scripts.
• JVM performance & memory expertise( heap/metaspace management, profiling (JFR/JMC/async-profiler), leak analysis (Eclipse MAT))
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), and observability tooling.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, compliance, and AI safety in enterprise environments.
