Your role and responsibilities

We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Web Strategist to join our digital experience team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about creating user-centered web experiences and eager to grow their skills in web strategy, content architecture, and performance optimization.

• Assist in the development and execution of web strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and stakeholders to support website updates, enhancements, and campaigns.

• Help analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Support content audits, SEO improvements, and • Stay current on web trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Communications, Information Architecture, or a related field.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager).

• Basic understanding of UX principles, SEO, and web • Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with web analytics tools.

• Interest in content strategy or information architecture.

• Bachelors degree in related field
