In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for motivated, curious and tech-passionate people with a good experience with Service Now, in particular a great knowledge of its components and modules.

You'll work across all Service Now modules in the project team for an important customer.
You'll need to provide development and maintenance related support for Service Now tool implementation and customization.
You'll develop with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand Service Now usage for the clients.

By signing up, you agree to our You'll working on Data Source and building scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into Service Now using import sets.
You'll use Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user's daily business processes.
Building tables, customizing and design forms, fields as per the customer needs.

You have experience collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions.
You have active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Proven team player and team builder.

We expect curious, open minded, ready to explore new technological paths young professional, willing to be challenged facing the up to date platforms and the frameworks most required in IBM clients' projects.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Technical Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

• Bachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
• Minimal B2 knowledge of English language
• 4+ experience with Service Now as application developer

• Service Now Module (ITSM or SPM or HR)
• HTML / HTML 5
• CSS / CSS3
• JavaScript
• JSON
• XML
• Ajax
• AngularJS
• Bootstrap
• JQuery
• Jelly
• Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• WSDL
• Microservices
• Requirements gathering
• Functional / Technical analysis skills
• Service Now CSA or CAD certification
• 1+ Service Now CIS certification

Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Good JavaScript skills and knowledge of relational databases.
Good knowledge of Now Platform and web services (REST/SOAP).
Good knowledge of other Service Now modules.

Other Service Now Certifications.
