Your role and responsibilities

As a Backend Developer, in this role, you will lead the problem resolution process for our clients, from analysis and troubleshooting, to deploying the latest software updates & fixes. Your primary responsibilities include:

• 24x7 Observability: Be part of a worldwide team that monitors the health of production systems and services around the clock, ensuring continuous reliability and optimal customer experience.

• Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide initial assessments and possible workarounds for production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

• Create and maintain internal documentation for troubleshooting procedures, automation tools, and enhancement specifications.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, clarify technical issues, and ensure satisfaction with resolution outcomes.

• Collaborate with product development teams to propose and implement enhancements based on client feedback and observed system behavior.

• Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline support workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong background in software development, demonstrating expertise in programming languages such as Go,Python and Shell Scripting.
• Operating System Concepts and Virtualization:Hands-on experience with Linux operating system and computer virtualization
• Strong skills in system monitoring, issue response, and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams for shared success.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for effective integration planning and swift issue resolution.
• Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
• Fluent in English

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Exposure to Kubernetes or Red Hat Openshift
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, showcasing familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and tools.
• Understanding of Networking
