Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Expertise in Salesforce CRM Applications: Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
• Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
• Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
• Continuous Learning and Growth: You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Proficient in Salesforce.com
• Configuration and administration,
• Apex Code
• Visual Force
• Experience in Data Loader Tool.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• JLPT N1-N2 certification is preferred
• Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule(dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City(Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
