Your role and responsibilities

Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and driving innovative engagement strategies?
We're looking for a Talent Attraction Program Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen IBM's Alumni network and elevate our talent attraction efforts.
The Alumni Program is a key pillar in IBM's talent strategy, helping us stay connected with top professionals. In this role, you will:

  • Grow and engage our alumni community through creative campaigns, events, offerings and digital initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for social media and newsletters aligned with IBM's Talent Value Proposition (TVP).
  • Analyze performance and co-create a data-driven strategy to take the Alumni Program to the next level.
  • Own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results.
