• お客様のIT環境理解に基づいてビジネス課題をテクノロジーに変換し変革のアーキテクチャとロードマップを策定してお客様とチームをリードする
• お客様のCTOやCIOから信頼されるテクニカルアドバイザーとしての役割を担う
• 指針を示して導きながら社内のテクニカルリソースを集約してテクノロジーとソリューションの最大限の価値をお客様に提供する
• Design Thinkingメソッドやアジャイル開発手法を取り入れてお客様との共創を推進する

The company's Global Markets organization is a strategic sales business unit that manages IBM's global footprint, working closely with dedicated country-based operating units to serve clients locally.
