In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Sua Função e Responsabilidades

Estamos em busca de um Tech Lead Fullstack para liderar tecnicamente uma equipe de desenvolvimento, garantindo a entrega de soluções escaláveis e alinhadas às melhores práticas da indústria.

Liderança Técnica

• Prover orientação técnica e suporte aos membros da equipe, auxiliando no desenvolvimento de habilidades e atingimento de objetivos
• Supervisionar o desenvolvimento das soluções, garantindo aderência aos padrões e boas práticas

Colaboração Estratégica

• Trabalhar com PO Bradesco, Analista de Negócios IBM e arquitetos de solução para traduzir requisitos do produto em soluções técnicas viáveis
• Representar a equipe em discussões técnicas com outras áreas, garantindo alinhamento e colaboração

Qualidade e Melhoria Contínua

• Promover cultura de engenharia de software de alta qualidade, incentivando revisão de código, testes automatizados e integração contínua
• Contribuir para definição e acompanhamento de métricas de desempenho técnico da equipe e do produto

Resolução de Problemas

• Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos complexos, fornecendo soluções eficazes e escaláveis
• Garantir consistência e coesão das soluções técnicas em toda a organização
• Utilizar de tecnologias como Java e Angular para soluções e acompanhamento de métricas de desempenho técnico da equipe

Formação Requerida

Bachelor's Degree

Requisitos Técnicos e Profissionais

Requisitos Imprescindíveis

• Experiência sólida como Tech Lead ou líder técnico em projetos complexos
• Domínio em Java Spring Boot para backend e Angular para frontend
• Conhecimento em arquitetura de microsserviços, APIs REST e integração contínua (CI/CD)
• Experiência com testes automatizados e boas práticas de desenvolvimento
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de versionamento (Git) e pipelines de automação
