Your role and responsibilities

お客様と共に新しい価値を共創し、共に推進• 運用するパートナーとして、お客様のデジタルとビジネス双方の変革をご支援します。ITプロジェクトを統括し、進捗管理、リソース配分、課題解決をリードします。お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、要件定義から導入までを成功に導く役割を担います。最新テクノロジーを活用し、品質や納期を重視しながらチームをサポートし、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。この役割では、国内大手銀行をはじめとした金融業界のお客様に対し、お客様の要求を満たす品質レベルと安定稼働を実現する高度な開発力と、最新テクノロジーへのこだわりを持つことが求められます。

Required technical and professional expertise

• ITベンダー、SIer、コンサルファーム、もしくは金融機関において、金融業界向けの大規模プロジェクト推進経験• 金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ• ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験• システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験• お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること

Preferred technical and professional experience

• PMP等で定義されているプロジェクト管理体系をPMとして実践した経験• クラウド (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) またはコンテナ技術を活用した開発経験経験
