Your role and responsibilities

• Gestão de Riscos: Apoiar na identificação e mitigação de riscos nos processos;
• Melhoria de Processos: Analisar fluxos de trabalho e sugerir melhorias;
• Análise de Dados: Utilizar ferramentas para gerar insights e apoiar decisões;
• Manutenção de Fornecedores: Auxiliar na atualização de informações cadastrais;
• Suporte em Contas a Pagar: Colaborar com a área financeira para garantir transações eficientes;
• Operações Federais: Aprender sobre compliance e requisitos governamentais.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Cursando superior (Administração, Supply Chain, Economia, Finanças, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas);

• Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;

• Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;

• Experiência ou interesse em utilizar ferramentas de IA com mentalidade "AI-first";

• Proatividade e disposição para aprender em um ambiente dinâmico;

• Conhecimento em Excel ou outras ferramentas de análise de dados será um diferencial;

• Inglês e Espanhol intermediário.

• Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office (Word, PowerPoint e Excel).
