Your role and responsibilities You will be working for Data Service practice, here we provide data services solution for business customers, such as data pipeline, data analysis , data platform, reporting platform.As an entry level Technical support at IBM, you'll work in a project-based delivery model, and develop customized systems with project team members for our clients.In your role, you may be responsible for:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of reliable ETL systems, ensuring they meet our client's specific business needs.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Contribute to the creation of secure, high-performance data platforms and reporting systems.

• Support the testing and debugging of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and system stability.

• Collaborate in enhancing existing systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise- Foundational knowledge in SQL and familiarity with Oracle Database.

• Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools.

• Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Preferred technical and professional experience- Fundamental understanding of data analysis principles.

• Prior experience with data pipeline tools, such as Apache Airflow or Talend, would be beneficial.ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT
