Introduction

As a Workday Testing Package Specialist, you will lead testing strategy and quality assurance for large, multi-country Workday implementations. You will ensure delivery excellence by managing complex testing cycles, coordinating diverse teams, and guiding clients through structured, best-practice testing approaches that underpin successful HR transformation outcomes.

Your role and responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across unit, integration, and user

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for global Workday implementations.
Configure and manage test environments and data to support complex, multi-country scenarios.
Lead diverse delivery and client teams through testing cycles, defect management, and performance validation.
Manage stakeholder communications, providing guidance on testing best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop testing reports, dashboards, and metrics for executive-level visibility and decision-making.
Provide leadership in change management and training to support user adoption and quality outcomes.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
