A área de Learning & Knowledge da IBM Consulting é responsável pelo desenvolvimento de habilidades de mais de 2.500 profissionais. Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) com perfil proativo, curioso e colaborativo para apoiar nossas iniciativas de capacitação e desenvolvimento.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Atualizar status de treinamentos em sistemas internos;
• Gerar métricas e dashboards para apoiar decisões estratégicas e ações de melhoria;
• Identificar e reportar erros/inconsistências, solucionando-os junto ao time global (em inglês);
• Utilizar ferramentas como Mural, Monday, Slack, Outlook e pacote MS Office (com foco em Excel e PowerPoint);
• Preparar relatórios gerenciais sobre treinamentos;
• Interagir com o time global em inglês para esclarecer dúvidas e resolver questões relacionadas a treinamentos;
• Participar de reuniões internacionais para alinhamento de dados e processos;
• Automatizar planilhas (fórmulas, VBA) e buscar formas de otimizar processos;
• Prestar suporte aos colaboradores via Slack, e-mail, telefone ou eventos;
• Apoiar na organização de eventos presenciais e virtuais (recepção, lista de presença, impressão de materiais, etc.);
• Moderar sessões de treinamentos virtuais;
• Redigir e enviar comunicados, e Cards e e-mails em português e inglês;
• Atualizar páginas web internas relacionadas à área de Treinamentos;
• Monitorar certificações dos profissionais e apoiar em dúvidas relacionadas.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Comprometimento e senso de responsabilidade (ownership).
• Conhecimento intermediário em Microsoft Excel.
• Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas.
• Inglês avançado (oral e escrito) para comunicação com times internacionais.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Espanhol básico.
• Conhecimento em VBA.
• Noções de gravação e edição de vídeos.
• Interesse por temas de aprendizagem, desenvolvimento humano e inovação.
