In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um profissional experiente em SAP FI/CO para atuar em suporte AMS, garantindo a resolução de incidentes, análise de problemas e implementação de melhorias contínuas.

Responsabilidades- Prestar suporte AMS para os módulos FI e CO, garantindo estabilidade e performance;

• Realizar análise e resolução de incidentes, propondo soluções eficazes;
• Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos e sistemas;
• Executar correções, ajustes e parametrizações nos módulos FI e CO;
• Atender usuários, analisar chamados e elaborar documentação técnica e funcional;
• Participar de reuniões com times globais, garantindo alinhamento e comunicação clara.

Required technical and professional expertise

Requisitos Imprescindíveis:- Experiência comprovada em SAP FI/CO;

• Domínio dos principais processos:
• FI: AP (Contas a Pagar), AR (Contas a Receber), GL (Contabilidade Geral), AA (Ativos Fixos), Fechamento Contábil;
• CO: CCA (Centros de Custo), CEC, Ordens Internas, PA/PCA, rateios, centros de custo e centros de lucro;
• Conhecimento em integração com módulos MM, SD e PP;
• Capacidade de realizar parametrizações e ajustes nos módulos FI e CO;
• Experiência em atendimento a usuários, análise de chamados e elaboração de documentação;
• Inglês Avançado ou Fluente.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Experiência em projetos de rollout, upgrade ou migração para S/4HANA;
• Conhecimento em ferramentas de ticketing (ex.: Service Now, Jira).
