Your Role and Responsibilities

In addition to working with local customers, we will be entrusting you with the development area for large-scale projects consolidated from bases across the country. Although it varies depending on the project, you will be involved in all phases in total, from upstream processes such as requirements definition, to design and development work, and even post-release testing and operation. In addition, if you have extensive leadership experience, we would also like you to take on the role of project lead, responsible for project management and technical aspects.

• We handle projects across a wide range of industries, including finance, insurance, manufacturing, and public sectors.
• We currently have over 300 projects in progress, and are responsible for a wide range of projects, from open systems to hosting and digital transformation (cloud/mobile/RPA, etc.).
• We also have development projects for ISV packages such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce).
• There is a possibility of relocation nationwide.

• Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with clients and project members
• Candidates with any of the following skills: experience in the design and development of open systems, web applications, mobile applications, host systems, etc.
• Project team lead

• Experience in server side development using frameworks (Java/Spring, etc.)
• Front-end design and development experience (Angular/React, etc.)
• Experience in cloud-native application development, design, and operation (DevOps, CI/CD, etc.)
• Mobile application development experience (Swift/Kotlin, etc.)
