Dotés d'une forte expertise métier par industrie, IBM Consulting accompagne ses clients dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leur transformation digitale, depuis la définition de stratégies métiers jusqu'à la mise en œuvre des solutions.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au secteur des Services Financiers (OneFS), regroupant les practices Retail Banking, Capital Market Risk & Compliance, Insurance et Promontory et qui rassemble une centaine de collaborateurs. Vous évoluerez auprès de grands acteurs bancaires et assurantiels français dans l'ensemble des directions : Métier, Marketing, IT, Digital, Finance et Risques.

Your role and responsibilities

En tant que consultant(e) stagiaire, vous serez amené(e), avec le soutien de consultants plus expérimenté(s), à accompagner les directions et/ou les équipes opérationnelles dans toutes les phases projet allant du cadrage et de la déclinaison opérationnelle de la stratégie, jusqu'à la mise en œuvre.

Intégré(e) dans des équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous interviendrez pour nos clients, sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée telles que :

• Optimisation des processus Front to Back,
• Digitalisation des parcours clients,
• Amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle,
• Refonte des systèmes d'information bancaires,
• La définition et la mise en œuvre de projets cognitifs.

Required technical and professional expertise

Stage de fin d'études avec convention de stage
Début : dès début 2026
Stage de 6 mois à Paris, avec possibilité de déplacements en France et en Europe

Votre profil :

• Étudiant(e) en dernière année d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs, vous souhaitez valoriser un premier stage significatif en cabinet de conseil
• Vous êtes curieux(se) et au fait des problématiques du secteur bancaire
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication orale et écrite alliées à un très bon sens de la formalisation (maîtrise avancée de Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), synthétique et efficace
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais.
