Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Administrator, you will apply accounting and contract management skills to support project and contract operations of Expert Labs. Accuracy, timeliness, problem solving approach as well as ability to work within international teams are key attitudes and enablers for the role, to effectively and efficiently support Expert Labs financial objectives.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Basic accounting skills and familiar with invoicing procedures and practices

• Basic knowledge of legal terms and structures within contracts. Ability to understand the relationships between contractual terms & conditions and invoicing / revenue accrual procedures

• Good English language (spoken and written) as well as good Italian language (written)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel including ability to use formulas to create dashboards

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Good spoken Italian language
