The Stars Enterprise Activation team drives Humana’s enterprise-wide Stars strategy, ensuring alignment across multiple operational areas. Through deep collaboration with enterprise partners, this team champions Stars, supports the implementation of the strategic vision, and oversees high-level integration across complex initiatives. The Senior Professional will manage execution and ensure timely delivery to support successful achievement of our goals.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional will provide program management and operational oversight for Stars integration within Insurance Operations, Center Well, Enterprise Growth and/or Strategy Advancement verticals of Stars Enterprise Activation. This role supports timely execution of projects aligned with Humana’s enterprise Stars strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery Support:
- Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Support identification of risk and mitigation strategies
Governance & Reporting:
- Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to the team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

5+ years in program/project management within healthcare or insurance operations

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and effectively manages multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high quality outcomes

Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization

Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications

Additional Information
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
