Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of one of Disney+? The Project Coordinator will support the Disney+ ANZ Program Management Office by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives for Australia and New Zealand.
The role focuses on project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional support to ensure successful execution of local and regional priorities. This includes partnership activity, operational process improvements, go-to-market readiness, and local implementation of feature and capability rollouts. Success in this role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Support the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives for the ANZ market, partnering with Global, Regional, and Local cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Content, Legal, Operations)
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and highlight them to senior team members to enable timely decision-making
- Maintain program documentation including schedules, RAIDD (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) logs, status updates, and meeting notes to support accurate reporting and governance
- Help facilitate meetings and project forums, including preparing presentation materials, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Support communication across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and decisions
- Provide support for project tools and PMO processes, including Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Google Suite, while contributing to continuous improvement within the PMO
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Strategy, Communication or business-related field
- Approximately 2 years work experience, with proven track record in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles within a technology or product environment
- Demonstrated ability to support planning, scheduling, and project tracking
- Digitally confident with collaboration and project management tools
- Ability to identify and escalate risks or blockers
- Understanding of basic project management methods and best practices
- Exposure to or understanding of OTT/ streaming / media industries is advantageous
- PMP or Prince2 certification (or progress toward one) is a plus
