As part of our Digital Development and Architecture team, you will contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of entertainment and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end product release management, ensuring timely deployment aligned with business and operational needs.
• Utilize release management tools to oversee internal and customer-facing web application releases.
• Manage the system engineering team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Oversee daily incident management and fulfillment request processes, ensuring timely resolution and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Application, Development, Architecture, QA, Operations, System Engineering, and Lines of Business to gather feedback and continuously improve release procedures and daily operations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or release delivery.
• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of digital product development lifecycle and operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse technology teams.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
