Responsibilities:

As the Vice President, Workforce of the Future, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and advisory to HR leaders and senior executives across Disney's business segments. • Lead development and interpretation of workforce analytics and predictive modeling to inform strategic decisions.

  • Partner with People Analytics, Finance, and Strategy teams to connect workforce insights with business outcomes.

  • Apply a consulting mindset to diagnose organizational challenges, frame options, and mobilize change.

  • Leverage influencing skills to drive alignment and action across business units without direct authority.

  • Advise on enterprise talent acquisition, internal mobility, and upskilling strategies to prepare Disney for future demands.

  • Influence the evolution of Disney's employer brand and employee value proposition.

  • Recommend approaches to embed agility, inclusivity, and digital capability into the workforce experience.

  • Inspire individual and business success by clearly communicating the "why" behind business decisions.

  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback, ensuring individuals can reach their highest potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategic HR, or workforce strategy.

  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Bain, Mc Kinsey, BCG, Deloitte, or Accenture) strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to drive measurable results through influence, collaboration, and executive advisory.

  • Demonstrated success in shaping and implementing large-scale workforce or talent initiatives with quantifiable impact.

  • Deep expertise in data-driven workforce analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario planning.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within media, entertainment, or technology sectors.

  • Understanding of trends shaping the future of work-AI, automation, digital collaboration, and flexible work models.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across highly matrixed, global organizations.

  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus.
