Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Human Resources team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the team below:

• Compensation & Benefits

• Disney University (Learning and Development)

• HR Operations

• Talent Acquisition

• Business Partnering (Cast Engagement)

Responsibilities:

• Support a variety of HR projects.

• Update and maintain required personnel records in systems.

• Support recruitment activities, from onsite interview arrangements to onboarding.

• Provide administrative support for any assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Current university students graduating in or after 2026, majoring in any disciplines.

• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.

• Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
