- Collaborate with leaders across TWDC (e.g., Marketing, Product, PR, Distribution, Finance, Legal, Operations) to represent the Content perspective and drive cross-functional initiatives
WHAT TO BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business-focused field, or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, and/or business operations, preferably within the media or technology sectors
- Proven leadership skills across junior and mid-level teams, with a successful track record of team building and developing talent
- Operational rigor, with specific focus on prioritization, project management and driving progress forward under pressured timelines; experience with AI tools to drive operational efficiency a plus
- Exceptional spreadsheet and presentation building skills (Google Slides/Spreadsheets, Excel)
- Highly proficient in data visualization and utilizing data to drive decision-making, with ability to connect business requirements to analytics techniques; familiarity with statistical modelling and querying a plus
- Refined communication skills with an effortless ability to tailor messages for both business and technical audiences; experienced in delivering presentations to executives/external audiences
- Acute ability to maintain both a meticulous attention to detail as well as a big-picture strategic mentality
- Passion for entertainment, TV and technology with a deep knowledge of the evolution of the digital/media industries
