Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Market Strategy Interns for Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

China Strategy

• Provide weekly bulletin to help the team stay updated on major China social platforms trends, e Commerce platform polities and competitors’ update.

• Assist in marketing campaign management with key accountability in preparing optimization plan to improve performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate campaign delivery as planned.

• Analyze platform data to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, monitor campaign performance & traffic metrics for optimization.

International & Local Market Strategy

• Assist in marketing initiatives through gathering consumer insights and supporting project execution.

• Support the enhancement of official platforms by optimizing content for search and user experience.

• Contribute to the analysis and understanding of local audience.

• Coordinate project timelines and support meeting follow-ups across teams.

Requirements:

• Current university students graduating in or after 2026, major in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or any other related disciplines.

• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
