Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Industrial Engineering Intern for Experience Strategy, Planning and Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Engineering projects and initiatives

• Provide analytical decision making support on daily operations

• Identify opportunities in workplace to improve efficiency and Guest and Cast satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current university students graduating in or after 2026, major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Sciences or other related disciplines

• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.

• Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
