How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

Partner Operations Manager will support the end-to-end management of the Partner integration program, working closely with partner-side executives and internal stakeholders. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple teams, ensure alignment between Disney and partner organizations, and drive timely delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables according to the defined roadmap.

The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Partner initiatives, from kickoff through launch and post-launch review.
  • Define and own the engagement framework between Disney and strategic Partners, ensuring clear ways of working and governance.
  • Onboard Partners on Disney’s operating model, processes, and expectations.
  • Maintain a Partner Backlog, including roadmap alignment, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Drive and track progress on the various (sometimes simultaneous) Partner initiatives, working closely with the rest of the “Partner Squad” (Partner Marketing, Business Dev and BI).
  • Track risks and to timely flag them internally.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination and liaison between Global Technical Account Managers, Global Partner Product, Global Commerce Ops team, LATAM leadership and Disney LATAM cross-functional team (finance, business dev, legal, CS, partner marketing, BI, product) as well as the Partner counterparts
  • Ensure effective and timely visibility across all internal teams by providing clear communication on ongoing actions, progress updates, key results, issues, and risks, enabling informed decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the LATAM PMO to ensure a consistent, scalable, and standardized project approach across Disney’s initiatives, while aligning methodologies, priorities, and execution practices with the specific operational needs and realities of the local market.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Ops and other region’s counterparts to share best practices, learnings, and continuous improvements.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • More than 4 years of experience and more than 2 working as digital Project or Product Manager or similar position
  • Preferred Industries: Digital Streaming, Direct to Consumer
  • Bachelor´s Degree career related to Digital Product, Management or Technology
  • Problem solving skills & attention to detail with a big-picture view
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Able to articulate complex situations in simple terms and clearly identify next steps.
  • Communicates complex topics in a clear, concise, and audience-appropriate way, including executive-level updates and partner-facing conversations.
  • Decision-making. Seek to contribute to making decision.
  • Team player
  • Strategic Thinking & Prioritization
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Knowledge in data management systems and tools (CMS, Excel, Google and Microsoft suites, Jira, Airtable, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge in Airtable
  • Gsuite /Microsoft: Advanced
