In this role, you’ll get to:
-
Ensure compliance and integrity across partner-sourced deals through accurate auditing and reporting.
-
Improve partner satisfaction by streamlining escalation handling and response times.

Enhancing operational efficiency through documentation, automation, and process optimization.

Supporting scalable growth of the partner program with reliable systems and frameworks.
-
This role is not client-facing and does not involve direct interaction with partners; instead, it focuses on supporting partner operations, auditing, and process improvement behind the scenes.
We are looking for people who:
-
3–5 years in partner operations, compliance, customer operations, or channel management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.

Strong process orientation and attention to detail in auditing and documentation.
-
Skilled in data organization, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for case documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
-
Demonstrated judgment and fairness in decision-making; comfortable working with ambiguity.
-
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Hub Spot CRM, Service Now, Salesforce).
-
Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills for audit tracking and data review.
-
Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them

Proficient (Fluent) English level.
