What You’ll Do

• Provide technical expertise and support in designing networking solutions aligned to customer business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in domains such as AIOps, Campus (Wired/Wireless), SASE, Data Center, or Routing.
• Consult customers on end-to-end technical designs during deal pursuits.
• Deliver customer workshops to create value throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Support sales teams with deep product and technology expertise aligned to specific product lines.

What You Need to Bring

• 6–12 years of experience in Networking, Presales, or Solution Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in at least one key networking domain (AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center, or Routing).
• Experience designing end-to-end networking solutions for enterprise customers.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to conduct workshops and technical presentations.
• Ability to solve common to moderately complex technical problems independently.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to exercise independent judgment and, where needed, guide junior team members.
