The Program:

Our future success depends on the innovation and fresh ideas students bring to HP, inc. We are hiring students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to join us, across the different organizations that make us HP, inc. Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.

Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in May 2027.
• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or Social Marketing
• Proficiency in English (advanced level preferred)
• Desirable knowledge in editing tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

Core Skills:

• Marketing and Advertising Expertise:
• Strong foundation in advertising, digital marketing, and social marketing
• Experience with commercial clients, event planning, mass media, and YouTube campaigns
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on social marketing and strategic messaging
• Ability to convey brand values and engage diverse audiences across various channels
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic editing software
• Comfortable working in online environments and utilizing digital tools for marketing analysis

Soft Skills:

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in team settings, contributing positively to group efforts and supporting colleagues
• Critical & Creative Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data
• Creative mindset with a passion for generating new ideas and innovating marketing strategies
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable conducting analysis and interpreting marketing data
• Able to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on findings
• Innovation & Adaptability: Eager to explore different marketing disciplines and test new approaches
• Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and experiment with innovative solution.
