Strategic Supplier Account Lead:
Description -
HP Indigo is looking for a Strategic Supplier Account Lead to join our team
The Account Lead acts as the single point of accountability for supplier performance across multiple product lines.
The role is responsible for the end-to-end commercial, operational, and strategic management of a key Contract Manufacturing supplier, ensuring alignment with business, product, and manufacturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Supplier Ownership
-
Own the overall relationship with the supplier, including governance, business reviews, performance management, and long-term alignment.

Assurance of Supply & Execution
-
Ensure reliable material and build availability, monitor delivery KPIs, manage risks .

Commercial & Cost Management
-
Lead pricing, cost roadmap, CI/CR initiatives, and negotiations.

PO, Systems & Data Accuracy
-
Execute and manage POs and GRs, ensure accuracy of pricing,

Supplier Performance & Capacity Management
-
Drive performance against KPIs , manage capacity, flexibility, and readiness to support demand changes.

Change, Lifecycle & Risk Management
-
Manage ECOs, lead time improvements, and EOL events.

Contract & Exposure Management
-
Lead supplier contract activities with Legal .
-
Sourcing & Business Continuity
-
Support sourcing decisions, dual-source strategies, and maintain robust BCP covering operational, financial, and geopolitical risks.

Invoice & Commercial Escalations
Required Experience & Education:
-
Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Account Lead, Supplier Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Big contract manufacturer management).

Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical or similar) or Business Administration.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of procurement & supply chain value chain

Analytical, data-driven decision making
-

Excellent communication skills in English
