As a Program Specialist within Honeywell's Next-Generation Avionics (NGA) Anthem Group, you will utilize, manage and optimize our data, reporting and project management tools and processes. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our project management and reporting systems, particularly focusing on JIRA and Tableau. You will set up various project boards (JIRA, Tableau), manage data queries, and create impactful visualizations for executive-level presentations and reviews.
- Experience in data management, reporting, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in data management & reporting tools (e.g. JIRA, Tableau) with an ability to create reports and charts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Data Management:
- Oversee and manage data integrity and accuracy within JIRA, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and maintain data queries to extract necessary information for reporting and analysis.
Tool Administration:
- Set up and configure JIRA and Tableau boards to align with team workflows and project needs.
- Manage user access, permissions, and training for team members on data tools and processes.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards in Tableau for project tracking and performance evaluation.
- Design visual aids, including charts and graphs, for executive presentations and monthly reviews to highlight key metrics and project status.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to understand their data needs and translate them into effective reporting tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent use of tools and proper reporting structures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new features in JIRA and Tableau to enhance overall team efficiency.
