As a Senior Manufacturing Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency in production processes. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of manufacturing activities, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will report directly to our SR ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our location in Palmetto, Florida on a full-time on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing processes, helping to meet customer demands while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1st shift 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday

  • Friday

  • Execute manufacturing processes according to established procedures and standards.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Monitor production schedules to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Conduct training and mentoring for junior associates to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a process technology environment.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

  • Demonstrate ability to plan, coordinate, and maintain productive workload schedules.

  • Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and equipment relevant to Liquefied Natural Gas processes.

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Skilled in utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to support efficient and accurate work.

  • Technical degree or certification in a related field.

  • Experience in the Liquified Natural Gas manufacturing industry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
